Our Vision is “Borderless iBanking”
We believe that investment banking is increasingly becoming “anywhere to anywhere banking” in that the co-location of the seller, the buyer (investor) and the banker is becoming unimportant. A good example of “Borderless iBanking” is the merger of IndusLogic and Bonus Technology to form Global Logic. Wizarth was the sole advisor in this transaction. Bonus Technology is headquartered in USA, and has developers located in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. IndusLogic is headquartered in USA and has developers located in India. Wizarth, the banker, is located in India. Wizarth’s unique contribution in this deal was to bring about a merger between two companies, in multiple geographies and business/social cultures, that would otherwise never have happened. |
